Shipping Policy
If it fits, it ships.

Shipping will be done through USPS. Item will be shipped via box or tube.

Once payment is received, product will be shipped out in 3-5 business days. Tracking will be sent to buyer once item is shipped.
Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Digital works are not returnable/refundable/exchangeable

If the commissioner is unhappy with physical commissions (canvas paintings, prints, etc), and would like to return the product, Artist Dilemma will cover the cost of return shipping and reserve the right to sell the work as an original piece. No refunds.

If an item was received damaged in the mail, buyer can reach out to us for an exchange of a new one. Artist Dilemma will ship out the item in question once we receive the damaged product.
All booking fees for services are non-refundable.
If a booking fee was made for a service and buyer wishes to use that booking fee for a different service instead, they are allowed to do so up to one time.
